Terms

These are the terms for using Crewroom. They are short because the deal is simple.

The demo

The demo office is free and needs no account. Everything in it is a sample: the business, the customers, the emails and the numbers. Nothing in the demo reaches a real person.

The trial and the plans

• A paid plan starts with 14 days free. A card is required to start it, and nothing is charged during those days.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancelling stops the next charge; the team keeps working until the period you paid for ends.
• Each plan includes a number of actions a month. An action is something that reached a customer or changed a record. Reading, drafting, thinking and asking you are free. Past the included actions you keep going at the per-action price on the plan, and we tell you before you get there.
• If the team did not earn its keep in your first paid month, tell us within that month and we refund it.

Your responsibilities

• You approve what goes to your customers. Anything you approve, or any routine send you turn on, is sent in your name.
• You keep the right to use the apps you connect, and you tell us if an account is shared.
• You do not use the team for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful to the people it writes to.

Our responsibilities

• We show you every action with the run that made it, and we let you undo what can be undone.
• We keep your data as described on the privacy page and delete it when you ask.
• We are not liable for lost profit or indirect loss; our liability is capped at what you paid us in the previous three months.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we email account holders before the change applies.
