Crewroom is a team of AI teammates that works inside the apps you connect. This page says what we keep, what we never keep, and how to make us forget you. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

What we collect

• Two cookies before you have an account. Visiting the site sets none at all. Answering “which trade are you in?” on the front page sets crewroom_trade, so the page opens in your trade next time, and it holds nothing but that answer. Signing in sets a session cookie signed by us. The office on the front page is a recording: the business, its customers and its numbers are fictional, and watching it writes nothing anywhere.
• Your email, if you give it. The founding-owner form and the “send this to yourself” line store the address you type, where on the page you typed it, and which trade you were looking at. We use it to reply to you. We do not send a newsletter.
• Your account, if you make one. Name, email, and the organisation you belong to. Sessions are cookies signed by us.
• What the team does for you. When you connect apps, the teammates read and write in them on your behalf, and we keep a log of every action with the run that made it, so you can see what happened and undo it.
• Usage analytics without content. We record events like “a run started” or “a card was approved”, with timings and counts. The text of your emails, quotes, posts and messages is never sent to analytics, and never used to train anything.

What we never do

• Send anything to a customer of yours without your approval, unless you have turned a routine send on yourself.
• Sell or share your data with advertisers.
• Keep app access after you disconnect an app. Disconnecting is one tap on the connections page.

Who else touches the data

The model behind the teammates runs on Anthropic’s Claude. App connections go through Composio. Hosting is on Vercel, Fly.io and Railway; analytics on PostHog; payments on Stripe, which alone sees your card. Each of them holds only what its job needs.

Deleting everything

Email us from the address on your account and say “delete”. We remove the account, the office, the logs and the connections within seven days and confirm when it is done. A demo office with no account expires on its own.
